Inbound Sales Advisor - Fully Remote
Salary: £25,506 basic salary plus bonus (£4,300-£8,400 average annual earning potential)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday between 8am and 8pm
Location: Fully Remote (Mainland UK only)
Start Dates: 2nd November & 9th November

We are recruiting for a fully remote Inbound Sales Advisor role with a well-established UK business that supports millions of customers nationwide.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced sales professionals who enjoy speaking with customers, building rapport and working towards targets. What You'll Be Doing
As an Inbound Sales Advisor, you'll speak with existing customers who are either registering an appliance or contacting the business regarding an issue with one of their products.
Your role will be to:
- Understand customer needs through effective questioning
- Recommend suitable protection products and service packages
- Build strong customer relationships and rapport
- Handle objections confidently
- Work towards daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
This is a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment, so you should be comfortable having multiple sales conversations throughout the day and working towards KPIs.

What We're Looking For
Applicants must have:
- At least 12 months' continuous experience in a target-driven sales role within the last 3 years
- Direct-to-customer sales experience, such as telesales, contact centre sales, telemarketing or similar
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A resilient and motivated approach to achieving targets
