Impact and Measurement Program Manager, Ecosystem Investments

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, marketing or operations.
• Experience in analytics and impact measurement.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Experience in technology and using AI tools.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in marketing, events and an interest in content creation for YouTube or social media.
• Experience working autonomously in a dynamic, ever-changing, and collaborative environment.
• Ability to identify potential business opportunities.
• Ability to manage several concurrent projects with timely deliverables and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent public speaking and communication skills.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on the global news program strategy focusing on impact measurement, marketing and events strategy for both internal and external audiences.
• Oversee development, deployment and maintenance and execution of an impact measurement strategy, utilising AI tools to increase impact on scaling programming.
• Manage budget and administrative responsibilities for their focus area, supporting the global lead to drive operations to meet business requirements.
• Partner with comms, Government Affairs and Public Policy (GAPP) and marketing to support their goals.
• Bring an entrepreneurial spirit to work everyday, conceiving of new opportunities and avenues to help the media industry grow with Google.
