We are recruiting for an Assistant Nursery Manager to join a welcoming and well-established nursery in LS28. The Role As Assistant Nursery Manager, you will work alongside the Nursery Manager to ensure the nursery delivers exceptional standards of care, education, and safeguarding. You will help lead the staff team, support the smooth running of the setting, and play a key role in maintaining a positive and nurturing environment for children, families, and colleagues. Essential Requirements

• Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or above) - Essential
• Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
• Experience as a Senior Practitioner, Room Leader, Third-in-Charge, or similar position
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework
• Excellent understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
