CIPD Lecturer to join our Higher Education and Professional Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the next generation of HR professionals through high-quality teaching and industry-informed practice.
In this role, you will deliver engaging learning across classroom and online environments, supporting adult learners to achieve and progress. You’ll play a key part in shaping the curriculum, maintaining high standards, and contributing to continuous improvement.
What you’ll do
- Deliver engaging CIPD teaching
- Support learner progress and wellbeing
- Plan, assess and provide feedback
- Contribute to curriculum development
- Maintain quality and compliance standards
What we’re looking for
- HR or related qualification (Level 5+)
- CIPD membership (or working towards)
- Teaching experience with adult learners
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Confident using digital/online platforms
