As a Senior Planner, you could consult on a wider breadth of projects across the residential and commercial sector; from mixed use urban regeneration schemes in London to strategic urban extensions and commercial projects across the UK.

In this role, you could advise an enviable roster of clients nationwide and foster a lucrative book of clients as you progress towards a leadership position.

Our client has a well-established team of 30+ Planners in London that work alongside a multi-disciplinary team on a flexible basis from a new office!

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Managing major projects and overseeing smaller development management processes, and assisting senior colleagues on more major developments.
• Cultivating and maintaining client relationships by offering precise advice and effective communication on a regular basis.
• Managing pre-application tasks and guiding planning applications through the development cycle.
• Writing representations to local authorities for potential site promotions.

Ideally, you should possess:

• Minimum 4 years of professional planning experience within consultancy, developer or local planning authority (LPA).
• A strong skill set and expertise in development management.
• MRTPI
• Excellent written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
