- Provide personalised support and assistance to students with special educational needs
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement engaging, inclusive lesson plans

- Maintain detailed records and documentation to track student progress
- Attend regular staff meetings and professional development opportunities
- A recognised teaching assistant qualification or relevant experience working with SEN students
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
- Genuine passion for inclusive education and a deep commitment to supporting diverse learners
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to think on your feet and problem-solve effectively
- Safeguarding training and a valid Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
