Job Description
Our client is a developer undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country.
\n \nThe need now exists for a Senior Project Manager to project lead a mixed use residential scheme in North West London.
\n \nThe project consists of 350 units with commercial, retail, car parking and landscape. Project value £80m.
\n \nThe position will report into the Construction Director.
\n \nOur client is seeking applicants who have previous experience in project leading mixed use residential developments in excess of £80m. They're also seeking applicants that have been involved in planning, design, pre-construction and delivery. It is essential you have previously worked for a well known developer or contractor.
\n \nIn return, our client is offering a basic salary between £110k - £120k + full package & bonus.
