excellence and people leadership.What you'll do:Manage and develop a team of cleaning professionals, creating an engaged and high-performing cultureBe visible across site daily, monitoring standards, coaching colleagues and supporting operations where neededPlan rotas, manage staffing levels, absence and annual leaveLead recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training for the cleaning teamConduct audits, inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance and continuous improvementManage cleaning schedules and workforce management systemsMaintain strong relationships with the client and key stakeholdersEnsure compliance with health & safety, COSHH and company standardsManage cleaning supplies and budgets effectivelyWhat we're looking for:Previous experience managing large cleaning teamsStrong, people leadership and performance management skillsExperience working in a standards-driven or compliance-focused environmentKnowledge of health & safety and COSHH regulationsExperience conducting
