In this role, you will be responsible for the leading the development of a new and improved Sleep Product, combining cutting edge technology with premium quality to equal exceptional comfort. You will develop this product from initial conception all the way through to completion. You will be responsible for researching market trends and keeping your knowledge up to date. You will also develop and test prototypes, working closely with the manufacturing team to bring a finalised product to life.

The ideal Product Developer will have a background in Textiles/Consumer Goods/Manufacturing or similar. You will also have a knowledge of product development software (ideally CAD). Finally, you will have experience within Product Development.

• Lead development of a new product range and support with the launch
• Market research and supplier liaison
• Documentation and compliance

The person:

• A background in Textiles/Consumer Goods/Manufacturing or similar
• Previous experience as a Product Developer
• A knowledge of design software
