Powder Coating Operative

Masstemps are currently looking to recruit a full time experienced Powder coating operative to join a busy and manufacturing client based in Kidderminster.

The role:

* Prepare surfaces and carry out powder coating on various materials, including steel, aluminium and other metals, in accordance with specified guidelines.
* Apply protective powder coatings to a wide range of items, ensuring a high standard of finish, precision and quality.
* Prepare, clean and inspect surfaces prior to coating.
* Ensure all work is completed safely and to the required quality standards.

Key Requirements

* Previous experience as a Powder Coater
* Strong commitment to quality standards
* Physically capable of lifting and standing for extended periods
* Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Hours of work:

Monday - Friday 8am-4pm

Rate of pay:

up to £17 per hour based on experience.
