Job Overview

The roles and responsibilities for Maintenance Team Leader will be to supervise and manage the onsite hard services maintenance team, ensuring all day-to-day operations are delivered safely and efficiently. 

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead the day to day hard maintenance operations
2. Ensure all PPM and reactive works are completed safely and within specified timescales in line with the contract SLA.
3. Conduct audits on the works completed by the in house team and sub-contractors to ensure quality, compliance and safety standards are upheld and implemented.
4. Develop a productive relationship with the client’s representatives.
5. Ensure all relevant company H&S & HR policies and procedures are implemented to include incident reporting, risk assessment, Tool Box talks and efficient documentation completion.
6. Assist in the control and management of subcontractors on site.
7. Review staff performance and development needs to include identifying any training requirements.
8. Ensure continuous improvement is an integral part of the service delivery.
9. Liaise with suppliers and procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of stock or component parts.
10. Oversee completion of all monthly reporting records as required for KPI.
11. Ensure company communications are cascaded to team members in a timely manner as and when required.
12. Attend departmental meetings as required.

Person Spec

Recognised engineering qualification mechanical biased.

• ≡Experience within a supervisory Maintenance role.
• ≡Strong building services maintenance background.
• ≡Experience of VRV systems and Process water-cooling.
