We are looking for an experienced audiologist to join our friendly UKAS accredited team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to progress and develop their career by stepping up in a senior role. This is a fixed term role until end of August 2027 and the suitable candidate will be responsible for day to day operations and clinical activities at Ealing CDC centre. The post holder will be responsible for providing comprehensive adult audiology service. We are looking for an experienced individual with substantive experience in adult Audiology including working with complex patients. Good communication skills are essential, as is leadership and excellent patient care attitude. You will have a BSc in Audiology or equivalent qualifications, and be registered, with the RCCP, ACHS, or HCPC, and have some post-qualification experience working in the NHS or other Healthcare Organisation. Main Duties of the Job
The post holder will be providing direct hearing management of the adult population. This includes diagnostic assessment, speech testing and rehabilitation. Apart from the clinical duties the post holder will also be expected to provide leadership to junior staff, by doing regular 1:1 meetings, clinical supervision and appraisals. The post holder will take an active role in areas of clinical audit, research and clinical governance of the Audiology service. They will be expected to design and lead audits within the service and participate in data collections for larger projects. The post holder will be responsible for the smooth running of adult service for specified area and specified site, to be determined. The post holder will also support other team members and students. The post holder will be responsible for creating student training rotas and will be a mentor to the student/s. In addition to the clinical role, there will also be responsibility for department stock management and supporting the Health and Safety compliance for the Department. About Us

- Registered with either RCCP or HCPC
- MSC in Audiology
- BAA Higher training scheme

- Experience of managing patients with additional needs/Dementia
- Experience of testing children hearing
- Experience of electrophysiology testing
- Experience of microsuction
