Your Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Support children in their learning and development through engaging activities
- Create a warm, safe, and inclusive environment where every child can flourish
- Encourage children's confidence, communication, and independence
- Help deliver exciting indoor and outdoor learning experiences
- Build positive relationships with families and colleagues
- Support children's emotional, social, and educational development
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- A positive, energetic, and nurturing approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality early years education
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
