Behaviour Mentor - Frampton Cotterell

We're working with a friendly primary school in Frampton Cotterell that's looking for a confident and caring Behaviour Mentor to support pupils who need a little extra help to thrive in school. You'll work with children on a one-to-one basis and in small group interventions, helping them build confidence, develop positive behaviours, and get the most from their learning. You'll work closely with teachers and the wider school team to create a calm, supportive environment where every child has the chance to succeed.
