Relief Pharmacist Manager

Are you a Relief Pharmacist Manager who wants more than ticking boxes and checking scripts? You'll be joining supportive and experienced teams that genuinely work together, within a growing pharmacy group that has ambitious plans, particularly in private services. You'll be trusted with real autonomy to lead the branches you support, backed by a business that invests in its people through meaningful support rather than empty promises.

• IP progression and full support as standard with this client, as they have a huge desire to further support the communities they serve with a pharmacy first plus service.
• If you are already an IP, the chance to utilise your prescribing skills on a regular basis

Monday to Saturday (working 5 days out of 7) Key Duties

• Ability to build and maintain relationship
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, using initiative and delegation skills
• Willingness to continue learning and progress

Package and Benefits

• From £54,000 p/a salary based on FT hours and alternate Sats (preferred)
• IP Qualified £66,000p/a (inc. IP bonus)
• 5 weeks holiday + BH
• Tier 2 Visa available (but MUST be a qualified Pharmacist in the UK with GPhC registration)
