Responsibilities

• Arrive early to set up pitches and prepare sessions.
• Deliver sessions that are engaging, professional, and inclusive, following our proven curriculum.
• Maintain excellent player-to-coach ratios to give each child proper attention.
• Support with equipment pack down after sessions.
• Potential to manage a team competing in the Harrow Youth Football League/Harrow Soccer Combination.

Requirements

• Experience in youth coaching OR working with children in schools.
• FA Level 1 in Coaching Football (minimum).
• Enhanced DBS Check (mandatory – we can support this).
• Driver’s licence and access to a car (preferred).
• Most importantly: energy, personality, and passion for developing young players.
