You'll join a specialist SEN school supporting children and young people aged 6-19 with Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities and complex additional needs. Working alongside experienced teachers, therapists and healthcare professionals, you'll gain invaluable practical experience while making a genuine difference every day. What You'll Be Doing ✔ Supporting students in the classroom and throughout the school day
✔ Helping pupils develop communication, confidence and independence
✔ Working alongside teachers and therapists to deliver personalised support
✔ Supporting emotional regulation, behaviour and social development
✔ Assisting with outdoor learning and community activities
✔ Promoting life skills that prepare students for adulthood
✔ Providing personal care where required Why This Role?
