Style the full fit
Ask smart questions, read the vibe, and build complete looks - kicks, layers, accessories, care kits. No half fits here.

Know the product, know the culture
Learn every silhouette, the tech behind the performance, fabrics, weather durability, and care. From heritage drops to new heat - you’ll be trained to be a FOOTASYLUM Brand Ambassador .

Host the hype
Own launch days, exclusive drops, styling sessions, and in‑store activations. If it’s happening, you’re leading the energy.

Chase the win
Drive sales, hit KPIs, build baskets, and celebrate team wins. Progress > perfection.

Recruitment process

2. Group 'Retail' experience - show us your product passion and service skills in a group interview setting.

3. Offer within 72 hours

4. Start Dates: Induction & Training starts asap.

We review applications on an individual basis, and if we feel you would be a good fit we’ll invite you for a group interview for the role, and to see if we’re a good fit for you.

You must bring along your Right to Work documentation to the interview in order for us to progress with your application! 

Under 18 working restrictions:   If you are under 18, you will not be able to work past 10pm. Some of our stores have extended opening hours over the festive period.
