We are partnering with a well-established fiduciary services provider in Jersey to recruit an Assistant Manager – Private Clients. This opportunity offers the chance to support the administration of a varied portfolio of private client structures, working closely with senior colleagues to deliver exceptional client service while developing your career within a professional and collaborative environment.
What you’ll do
- Support the administration of private client trust and company structures.
- Assist with the day-to-day management of client relationships and ongoing client matters.
- Maintain accurate client records, documentation and statutory information.
- Ensure work is completed in line with internal procedures, regulatory requirements and service standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a high-quality service to clients and their advisers.
- Support the efficient completion of administrative and operational tasks across the portfolio.
What you’ll need
- Previous experience within trust and company administration.
- Understanding of private client structures and trust administration principles.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach and commitment to delivering excellent client service.
