The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while managing the lettings process from initial enquiry through to successful tenancy.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Registering and qualifying prospective tenants.
* Arranging and conducting property viewings.
* Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants.
* Matching applicants with suitable properties.
* Generating new business opportunities and supporting portfolio growth.
* Progressing tenancies through to completion.
* Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the lettings journey.
* Working towards individual and team targets. The Ideal Candidate * Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator or within residential lettings.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Self-motivated with a proactive and professional approach.
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Knowledge of the North London property market would be advantageous. Essential Requirements * Full UK driving licence.
* Own vehicle.
* Eligible to work in the UK. What's on Offer * £25,000 - £30,000 basic salary.
* Realistic OTE of £40,000 - £45,000.
* Full-time permanent position.
