About Borth Surgery. Borth Surgery is a purpose-built Health Centre, established in 1995, located on the main street of Borth, a charming coastal village nestled in the heart of Cardigan Bay. We are a highly community-focused practice, committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centred care while fostering strong relationships with our local population. Our modern premises offer excellent facilities, including two large rear car parks with designated disabled spaces, ensuring easy access for patients and staff. The practice serves a wide and diverse area, from Penparcau in the south to Furnace in the north, and across to Ponterwyd in the east. We have a friendly and experienced multidisciplinary team comprising a GP Partner, a Salaried GP, two Practice Nurses, a Healthcare Assistant, and a District Nursing team, supported by a proactive Practice Manager and skilled administrative staff.
