What We Offer

• Basic salary: £22,000
• On‑target earnings (OTE): up to £45,000 with bonus

The role

You’ll Support Customers Throughout Their Motorcycle Journey, Including

• Welcoming customers and guiding them through viewing and test rides
• Clearly explaining finance, insurance, and accessory options
• Supporting the process from first conversation through to delivery
• Building genuine, respectful relationships by listening carefully and understanding individual needs

You’ll have access to industry‑leading technology and in‑house training , with full support to help you succeed in the role.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently working in a sales environment (any industry)
• A genuine interest in motorcycles and the wider motorcycle community
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused approach
• A full motorcycle licence
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, open to learning, and enjoys helping others make informed decisions.
