The role You'll be: Supervising classes across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring students remain on task Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies Supporting students with their learning and engagement Building positive relationships with staff and pupils Becoming a valued member of a supportive school community What we're looking for Experience working with young people is desirable but not essential Confidence managing groups of students in a classroom setting Strong communication and relationship-building skills A calm, resilient and proactive approach A genuine passion for supporting young people and education Graduates and aspiring teachers are warmly encouraged to apply Why work with Protocol Education?
