Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Corporate Compliance Associate II to support clinical trial operations in Glasgow. The role involves maintaining study documentation, ensuring accurate data entry in electronic case report forms, and assisting with compliance reviews and quality processes for clinical trials.
Responsibilities
- Maintain investigator source files and study trackers; verify informed consent forms are correctly completed
- Capture and verify accurate data entry in electronic case report forms from source documents
- Track electronic case report form flow and manage query resolution in timely manner
- Verify protocol visit windows align with requirements and report deviations and quality incidents
- Assist monitors and sponsor representatives with query resolutions and escalate to management as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic or vocational qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in related field
- Knowledge of ICH, GCP, and regulatory and ethical guidelines
- Proficiency in MS Office and computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Working knowledge of business English and basic medical terminology
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
