Groundworker – Social Housing
Location: Lambeth and surrounding areas
Pay: £21 per hour
Vehicle: Company van provided
Fuel: Fuel card included
We are looking for an experienced Groundworker to join our team working on social housing projects in and around Lambeth .
The Role
You will be carrying out general groundworks and external maintenance on social housing properties, working as part of a professional team and helping to keep properties and communal areas safe and well maintained.
Duties may include:
- General groundworks and external works
- Drainage and repairs
- Slabbing, paving and concreting
- Kerb and edging work
- General repairs and maintenance
- Working safely on occupied social housing sites
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Groundworker
- Good knowledge of general groundworks
- Reliable, hardworking and punctual
- Full UK driving licence required
