Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Generate and qualify leads, converting opportunities into new business.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable insurance solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and business development activities.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Stay up to date with market trends and industry developments.

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience within a business development, sales, account management, or insurance-related role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive and target-driven approach.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Confidence in speaking with clients both over the phone and face-to-face.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Insurance sector experience would be advantageous but is not essential for candidates with a strong business development background.
