Monarch Education are recruiting Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in Small Heath from September.
This is a great opportunity for graduates who are confident working with young people and want to build experience in a classroom setting.
QTS is not required for this role.
You must be degree qualified and have relevant experience working with or managing children or young people.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes when the teacher is absent. The work will already be set, and your role will be to keep students focused, on task and following school expectations.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supervising lessons across different subjects
- Delivering pre-set work to students
