SEN Teacher – Bristol | Full-Time & Part-Time | Immediate & September Starts

Protocol Education is currently recruiting dedicated and inspiring SEN Teachers to join a range of supportive Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools and specialist provisions across Bristol .
We have full-time and part-time opportunities available for teachers who are committed to creating inclusive learning environments and supporting pupils with a wide range of additional needs.
Whether you have experience working with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), or Complex Needs , we would love to hear from you.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that meet individual learning needs.
- Creating a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Supporting pupils' academic, social, emotional, and personal development.
- Working collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, therapists, and parents.
- Implementing personalised learning plans and behaviour support strategies.
- Monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching to maximise outcomes.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
- Have experience teaching pupils with Special Educational Needs or within specialist provisions.
- Have excellent classroom management and behaviour support skills.
- Are patient, resilient, and passionate about inclusive education.
- Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or are willing to apply for one.
