- Complete moving and handling risk assessments tailored to individual client needs.
- Undertake Mental Capacity Assessments and make informed Best Interests decisions.
- Carry out case management activities to effectively meet client goals.
- Complete care assessments to determine the best support plans.
- Undertake Occupational Therapy goal setting to enhance client wellbeing.
- Assess and recommend necessary equipment and adaptations to improve client independence. Additional Information: - Temporary assignment, offering a short-term but impactful opportunity.
- IR35 status: In scope, meaning employment rights and obligations will be actively considered.
- Enhanced DBS required for safeguarding.
- Community visits are required, with travel supported by mileage reimbursement.
- Ideally, candidates should be local to the North Somerset area, bringing valuable local knowledge to the team.
- A car driver is required to navigate community visits effectively. Requirements: - You must be a qualified Occupational Therapist with relevant experience in Adult Social Care.
