HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT
Hours: 12 - 36 hours / week (negotiable), part-time, please state hours preferred in your application
Salary: £26,696 - £28,988 per annum, pro-rata
Shift pattern: 12-hour shifts - Day (07.30-20.00), Night (19.30-08.00)

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Senior Nurse, you can expect your working day to include the following:
· Support the nursing and wider multi-disciplinary team, to provide excellent holistic, patient centred palliative care.
· Be part of a highly skilled and driven team including nurses, doctors, physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Social worker, Chaplain and volunteers.
· Daily duties supporting patients with their physical and emotional needs.
· Assisting with personal care, toileting, bathing, dressing and meals.
· Working within a friendly, dynamic, positive and vibrant environment.
