A fantastic opportunity for a passionate chef to develop in a high-quality kitchen, working with seasonal ingredients and producing beautifully presented dishes in a refined yet relaxed environment, under the guidance of an excellent Head Chef with a Michelin and 3 AA Rosette background. £34,000 salary plus approximately £8,000 tronc (around £42k package). 48 hours per week on a 4-days-on / 4-days-off rota including evenings and weekends. Live-in available in a staff house 3 miles away; own transport ideal due to the rural location.
