Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted HR partner for managers and employees across the Dublin office, delivering practical, proactive, and commercially focused people advice.
- Support the migration of Dublin-based HR administrative activities into the UK shared services function, ensuring a smooth transition and sustainable processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the employee experience.
- Provide guidance and support throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, development, and offboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to coordinate and deliver an effective end-to-end recruitment process.
- Assist with employee relations matters, providing support on case management and people-related issues.
- Contribute to organisational change programmes, supporting implementation, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of new processes and ways of working.
- Develop strong working relationships with managers and key stakeholders, influencing positive people decisions and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.
- Support the delivery of HR projects, initiatives, and day-to-day People team activities as required.
