This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate who wants more than a conventional Teaching Assistant position. * Working with pupils who require additional academic support

* Helping pupils prepare for GCSE examinations
* Monitoring progress and feeding back to teachers
* Supporting extracurricular and enrichment activities
* Gradually taking on greater classroom responsibility As your confidence develops, there may also be opportunities to plan and deliver sections of lessons under teacher supervision, giving you invaluable preparation for future teacher training.
