• Candidate will be working on a press machine. They will be taking 2.7m lengths of plastic and running them through the press machine, punching holes at prescribed lengths.
• There will be full training given and the machine is set up so no measuring or technical skill required.
• Whilst this is a basic role, ideally the candidate will be used to a manufacturing environment as it can be fairly monotonous work when you are into the swing of the shift.
• Manual handling is involved in the role as they will be bringing the raw product from pallets up to the machine then back down to the pallet once complete. The product isn't particularly heavy individually, but this will be repetitive so as a result it is a fairly physical role.
