Senior Project Manager - Financial Crime Enhancement Programme

6 month Fixed Term Contract with September Start

With an inclusive, people-first culture recognised by Great Places to Work and the Inclusive Employers Standard, we're now looking for a skilled Project Manager to help drive delivery of our Financial Crime Enhancement Programme focused on building a best-in-class financial crime control framework across multiple jurisdictions. The programme spans numerous areas including policy and governance; target operating model design and delivery; customer and entity screening; KYC; and claims and payment controls.

The Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead the delivery of complex workstreams across the number areas which span multiple business functions, geographies and stakeholder groups. You'll be responsible for driving delivery, managing dependencies, and ensuring outcomes are aligned to both regulatory requirements and business goals. Key elements of the role are to:

• Lead the delivery of significant financial crime change initiatives within the wider FCEP programme.
• Manage complex workstreams involving multiple business areas, functions and locations.
• Drive planning, governance, risk management and delivery execution.
• Work closely with business, technology and programme stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, challenge assumptions and drive decision-making.
• Maintain clear alignment between regulatory requirements, business goals and delivery outcomes.
• Oversee the definition and implementation of business, functional and data requirements.
• Manage stakeholder engagement at all levels, including senior leadership.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience delivering large-scale regulatory, financial crime or compliance change programmes.
• Strong project management experience across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience working with financial crime controls, including areas such as KYC, screening, governance or operational controls.
• Solid understanding of business, functional and data requirements and how these translate into successful delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organisation.
• Strong facilitation, problem-solving and delivery leadership capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving programme environment.
