Key Responsibilities – Modern Foreign Languages Teacher
As a Modern Foreign Languages Teacher, you will:
* Deliver high-quality lessons across the Modern Foreign Languages curriculum
* Differentiate learning to support students of all abilities
* Assess, monitor and report on student progress
* Prepare students for GCSE and A Level examinations
* Support intervention and enrichment activities
* Promote cultural awareness and international understanding
* Contribute to the wider life of the school through trips, clubs and extracurricular activities
Person Specification
The ideal Modern Foreign Languages Teacher will:
* Hold QTS or be working towards Qualified Teacher Status
* Have a degree in French, Spanish or a related language subject
* Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a passion for languages
* Be committed to raising student achievement
* Possess excellent classroom management and communication skills
* Be dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
