Promotions Assistant Location: Glasgow | Job Type: Full-Time | Salary: OTE £600–£750 per week The Short Version You're the reason people notice a brand instead of scrolling past it. We're looking for a Promotions Assistant in Glasgow — someone who can walk up to a stranger, get them interested, and make the whole thing feel effortless. What You'll Be Doing
- Getting out into the community across Glasgow, representing the brand in person
- Sparking genuine interest through everyday conversation, not a hard sell
- Explaining what's on offer clearly enough that people actually get it
- Following up and closing where there's real interest
- Setting your own pace and route day to day
- Passing on what's working (and what isn't) to help sharpen future campaigns
- Talking to strangers doesn't faze you in the slightest
- You like a job where no two conversations go the same way
- A "not interested" doesn't linger with you
- You'd rather be out and about than stuck at a desk
- Commission-only pay, OTE £600–£750/week, no cap
- Full training from scratch, no experience needed
- Total flexibility over how you plan your day
- Genuine progression into senior promotional roles
