Self-Employed Associate Dentist – Independent Private Practice – Gloucestershire

An excellent opportunity has become available for a self-employed Associate Dentist to join our modern, independently owned private practice in a desirable area between Gloucester and Cheltenham.
The practice has served the local community for over 50 years and benefits from a well-established list of longstanding, loyal and pleasant patients.
We are initially looking for an associate to work two days per week. Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays are potentially available, although the exact days and working pattern can be discussed. There is genuine potential to increase to three or four days as additional established patient lists become available.
The position is predominantly private, with a small NHS children’s allocation.

Earning potential
Potential to generate gross patient revenue up to £20,000 per month working two days through general dentistry alone, before laboratory fees and tax. Further earning potential is available for clinicians providing cosmetic dentistry, implants or Invisalign, as well as those wishing to work additional days.

The role

We are looking for a friendly, confident and approachable general dentist committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care.

Previous experience working in private dentistry is strongly preferred. We are looking for a clinician who is comfortable working within a private setting, discussing a full range of appropriate treatment options and providing comprehensive, patient-centred treatment plans.

The ideal candidate will have strong general dentistry experience, excellent communication skills and be confident taking over and developing an established private patient list .

Implant and Invisalign experience is not essential. However, the practice has the facilities and patient demand to support a dentist who would like to develop these areas. Implant mentoring can also be provided.
