What You'll Do

• Provide expert remuneration support to senior leaders across L&G Institutional Retirement, addressing complex pay-related issues and requests.
• Develop and implement reward strategies designed to incentivise, recognise and retain employees.
• Partner with the Divisional HR Director and key stakeholders to align reward programmes with business objectives and organisational requirements.
• Support HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition with market benchmarking, pay recommendations, new-hire packages, offer construction, buy-outs and remuneration proposals.
• Manage the division's annual reward cycle, including base-pay reviews, annual bonus determinations and long-term incentive awards.
• Coordinate with business heads and HR stakeholders to implement and communicate reward outcomes, informed by benchmarking analysis, business performance and Group constraints.
• Ensure compliance with remuneration policies and regulatory requirements, including managing the Divisional Reward Steering Committee, preparing compliance reports and overseeing private-markets remuneration plans such as carried interest and associated co-investment arrangements.

What You Bring

• At least six years' senior-level reward experience in financial services, insurance or investment organisations.
• Experience managing reward strategies, pay frameworks and annual reward processes.
• Good knowledge of remuneration policies, regulations and reward plans.
• Strong analytical and modelling skills, with the ability to make informed recommendations.
• Experience with fund reporting, compliance reporting and governance activities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management and influencing skills.
