An international law firm is seeking a 4-6 PQE Lawyer to join their leading private equity team in London.

\n

You will join one of the largest dedicated private equity practices in the mid-market, advising clients on all aspects of the private equity life-cycle, from fund formation to exit.

About the Role\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of transactions, including:

\n

\n
• Acting for corporate and private equity houses in the mid-lower market
\n
• Acting for management teams on large cap PE deals.
\n
• Buyouts
\n
• Growth and venture capital investments
\n
• Management buyouts
\n
• Bolt-on acquisitions
\n
• Secondaries
\n
• Fund restructuring
\n

\n

You will work closely with experienced partners and associates on all stages of a transaction, gaining valuable experience in the private equity industry.

The firm are looking for a candidate with:\n

• 4-6 PQE experience, with a proven track record of private equity and corporate transactions (experience level can be adjusted based on needs)
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n
• A willingness to learn and develop your skills
\n
