- To liaise between nurses, other clinicians, patients, relatives in order to support safe care
- To attend and participate in board rounds, ward rounds and other related daily activities
- To provide appropriate workplace supervision to other staff as and when needed as requested
- To maintain high standards of professionalism, especially in relation to documentation
- To arrive on time for the booked shift and be available for work from the arranged start time
- Attend local induction as appropriate when working in new areas
- Comply with Trust policies, including upholding the trust's values and behaviours
- Other duties commensurate with the post/grade as advised by the speciality clinical

Knowledge
- 6-12 months UK Experience in a UK Hospital
- Competencies FY1 and FY2 both signed off
- Ability to develop and maintain a sub-speciality interest
- MBBS or equivalent from a recognised Medical School
- Full Registration with the General Medical Council
- Designation of Responsible Office listed as NHS on GMC
- BSC or relevant degree
