The Role As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you'll primarily work on a one-to-one basis with pupils who require additional support to access learning and reach their full potential. Working alongside the class teacher and SENCO, you'll help create a positive and inclusive learning environment that enables every child to thrive. Previous experience working with children through coaching, mentoring, youth work, tutoring, volunteering, support work or care settings is desirable but not essential.
