E-Commerce Manager

£16.2 - £17 per hourEstimated
Full-time

LENY is a London-based womenswear brand creating a wardrobe that moves from day to evening.  Drawing on 90s minimalism, our collections balance considered silhouettes with distinctive fabric and detail.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on E-Commerce Manager to own our Shopify website and email marketing.  Working closely with the founder, the E-Commerce Manager will ensure our online store remains visually compelling, carefully curated and commercially effective.

The E-Commerce Manager will manage the day-to-day running of the website, from product uploads and collection launches to seasonal edits and regular content refreshes, including bringing new ideas to how we present our collections, giving customers fresh reasons to return while making the site clear and intuitive to shop.

This role suits someone with a strong eye for fashion, excellent attention to detail and the confidence to plan and execute independently within a small, growing brand.

Key responsibilities of the E-Commerce Manager

Website Management & Merchandising:

  • Manage the Shopify website, keeping product information, imagery, pricing, sizing and customer information accurate and up to date.
  • Curate seasonal and occasion-led edits that reflect LENY’s identity and give customers new ways to discover the collection.
  • Regularly refresh homepage content, collection pages, product ordering and navigation in line with launches, stock availability and customer demand.
  • Maintain a consistent visual standard across the website, coordinating image selection, cropping and placement.
  • Review the shopping experience across mobile and desktop, identifying improvements and coordinating technical support where required.

Product and Collection Launches:

  • Manage product uploads, including descriptions, imagery, variants, size guides, fabric information and care details.
  • Prepare and check product pages, collection pages and launch content before publication.
  • Coordinate with the founder and wider team to ensure launch assets and information are ready on schedule.
  • Maintain a clear calendar of launches, seasonal edits and website updates.

Email Marketing and Customer Retention:

  • Plan, build and send email campaigns supporting new collections, seasonal edits, restocks and key brand moments.
  • Develop customer segments and maintain automated email journeys, including welcome, abandoned checkout and post-purchase communications.
  • Manage website email sign-up opportunities and develop ideas to grow the subscriber base.
  • Keep email content visually and editorially consistent with the brand.
  • Monitor campaign results and use insights to improve engagement and sales.

Performance & Optimisation:

  • Review website and email performance, including sales, conversion rate, average order value and product performance.
  • Provide concise weekly updates with clear recommendations and priorities.
  • Use sales, stock and customer behaviour to inform merchandising decisions.
  • Maintain product metadata and basic on-site SEO.

What LENY is looking for:

  • At least five years of relevant e-commerce experience
  • Strong practical Shopify experience, including product uploads, collections, navigation and theme content updates.
  • Experience managing email campaigns, segmentation and automated journeys using Klaviyo or a comparable platform.
  • A strong visual eye and an understanding of how to present fashion online.
  • Confidence interpreting e-commerce data and translating it into practical improvements.
  • Excellent written English and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities around launches.
  • Comfortable taking ownership while working closely with a founder and a small team.
  • E-commerce within premium fashion or womenswear is a plus.
