Clinical Negligence Solicitor Location: Remote Department: Clinical Negligence Level: Solicitor We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our established and highly regarded team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who is confident managing a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims and who is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for clients. The role You will manage a caseload of clinical negligence matters from initial instruction through to resolution, providing clear, commercially minded and empathetic advice to clients throughout. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims. Assessing the merits of potential claims and advising clients on prospects. Instructing and liaising with medical experts, counsel and other professional advisers. Conducting negotiations and, where appropriate, progressing matters through litigation. Building strong relationships with clients and providing a consistently high level of service. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider team. Contributing to the continued development and success of the clinical negligence practice. About you We are looking for a qualified solicitor with solid experience in clinical negligence and a genuine commitment to claimant work. You will ideally have: Relevant PQE experience in clinical negligence. Strong technical knowledge and sound litigation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to manage a caseload effectively and work to deadlines. A commercially aware and proactive approach. Strong client-care skills and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and sensitively. A collaborative approach and the confidence to take ownership of your work.
