Description
- Oversee all financial reporting and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business objectives.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls.
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial insights and decision–making support.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of statutory accounts and tax returns.
- Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.
- Support the leadership team with strategic financial advice and reporting.
Profile
A successful Financial Controller should have:
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Proven ability to manage financial reporting and compliance processes.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem–solving skills.
