You will provide first-line technical support to staff and students, maintain hardware and software, manage networked systems, and assist with device setups and repairs. The successful candidate will be a problem-solver with strong technical and interpersonal skills.

Experience and Qualifications
• Proven IT support experience (preferably in a school or education setting)
• Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Relevant IT qualifications (CompTIA, Cisco, or equivalent) desirable
