Machine Operator - Food Production
A well‑established manufacturer of premium fresh fruit juices is looking to add an experienced Machine Operator to its production team. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for someone looking for long‑term stability and a supportive team environment.
Role Overview • Operating, monitoring, and adjusting automated production machinery• Keeping equipment running safely and efficiently throughout each shift• Carrying out routine checks, basic troubleshooting, and minor mechanical adjustments• Completing quality control tasks and maintaining accurate production records• Following strict hygiene, food safety, and health & safety procedures• Working closely with production and quality teams to achieve daily output goals
What You’ll Need • Previous experience operating machinery is essential • Strong mechanical awareness and excellent attention to detail• Ability to work on a rotating weekly shift pattern• Reliable, punctual, and confident following set processes• A proactive approach to maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Shift Pattern- Monday to Friday (Weekly Rotation)• Week 1: 07:00 – 15:00• Week 2: 15:00 – 23:00
Pay Rate:
£13.40/£13.90
Important Due to the rural location, own transport is essential as public transport is limited.
