This is a superb opportunity for an experienced private dentist to join a well-established independent practice in the Norfolk market town of Diss. The practice has served the local community for decades and enjoys a loyal and well-maintained patient base, with the majority enrolled on the practice's maintenance plan (covering routine check-ups and hygiene).

The successful candidate will inherit a busy, stable list with strong earnings potential. While the role will primarily suit a general dentist, there is significant opportunity to develop and grow the services offered; the practice is particularly keen to find a clinician with a more modern approach, especially in areas such as composite bonding or aesthetic dentistry.

There is also strong patient demand for treatments such as implants, oral surgery and periodontics, but these are not currently provided in-house. The practice is fully private, with no NHS commitment, and offers modern facilities including SOE, digital radiography, and intraoral scanners.

You will be joining a settled and supportive team, including the principal dentist, three associates, a hygienist, and experienced support staff. The team value a respectful, patient-focused approach and are keen to find a colleague who will share their ethos of high-quality, ethical dentistry.

Successful candidates will be fully registered with the GDC and have experience of providing private dental treatment in the UK.
