The Role

The Ideal Candidate

The successful applicant will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher completing training
• Have experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4, with KS5 experience desirable
• Be passionate about English and able to inspire high-achieving students
• Have excellent subject knowledge and a commitment to academic excellence
• Possess strong classroom management and communication skills
• Be reflective, organised and committed to continuous professional development
• Have a positive, collaborative approach to working with colleagues
