Location: BerkshireSalary: 85K- 90K per YearContract: PermanentType: Full TimeReference: VAC-SS-127901_1784792701Posted: July 23, 2026M&E Manager/Building Services Manager - high-end commercial AND residential projects in and around Berks, Oxford/Cambridge - c85-90k + packageWe are seeking an experienced M&E Manager / Building Services Manager - Mechanical to join our client's team on various projects throughout the Southern Region including Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Schools, Government, Hotels/Leisure, Retail and Life Sciences projects.As a Mechanical and Electrical Manager, you will be responsible for multiple projects ensuring smooth operation and delivery of high-quality M & E systems. This will include travelling across the projects as required depending on what stage the project is at.This is an excellent opportunity to become a key part of a strong project team, taking full responsibility for overseeing all mechanical and electrical services installations from initial coordination through to commissioning and final handover.Role ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage mechanical and electrical subcontractors on siteCoordinate M&E installations in line with the overall project programmeReview and assess drawings, specifications, and technical submissionsChair and lead building services coordination meetingsEnsure high-quality installations while maintaining strict health & safety standardsManage commissioning activities and oversee final system handoverRequirementsProven experience as an M&E Manager with a main contractor backgroundBackground in delivering construction projects through each stage of the project delivery process, to ensure all works are fully coordinated and delivered in accordance with the contract specification, design, installation, programme, and commercial particulars.
